Company Information
Set the identity, branding, and contact details that appear on your documents, plus your company culture page.
The Company Info page (the first page in Settings) holds the company identity that flows onto everything your clients see — estimates, invoices, work orders, and outbound emails. Fill it in early: a proposal with your logo, address, and accent color looks like your company, not like software.
Identity and branding
- Company name — shown in the sidebar, on documents, and in outbound emails.
- Ink name — an optional alternate name used on signed documents.
- Company logo — shown in the sidebar header and on PDF documents. Upload a PNG or JPEG up to 2 MB; you can replace or remove it any time.
- Document accent color — a hex color used for headers and accents on PDF documents.
Contact details and address
These fields control what prints on documents, separate from how BranchSite reaches you:
- Customer contact email — where customers can reach you with questions about their account.
- Email on documents, Phone on documents, Fax on documents — overrides for what appears on estimates and invoices.
- Website (display text) and Website URL — how your site appears on documents and where it links.
- Address line 1 / Address line 2 — your printed address.
- Inbound email address — replies to outbound emails route to this address.
- Customer Portal link — the URL clients use to sign in to their portal. If the portal is turned off, this field points you to enable it in Features settings. See Share portal access.
Documents and preferences
- Proposal acceptance text — the default boilerplate a customer sees when accepting a proposal.
- Autopay prompt text — the copy shown when prompting customers to enroll in autopay.
- Default payment terms — used as the default on new estimates and invoices.
- Use percent-based pricing — when on, line items can be priced as a percentage of the subtotal.
- Time zone — used for scheduling and document timestamps.
- Footer images — images appended to the bottom of your documents (certifications, association badges).
- Account owners — lists the owners who manage billing, members, and account-wide settings, with a shortcut to the Members page.
Individual Operations can override much of this — logo, contact block, acceptance text, and default terms — for jobs in that Operation. See Operations.
The Culture page
Settings → Culture is a separate, simpler page for what your company stands for. It has four text fields — Vision, Goals, Core Values, and Strategy — and whatever you write appears in a Company Culture card on the dashboard home for everyone on your team. It's a lightweight way to keep the mission in front of the crew every morning.
