Tree Inventory Report

List every inventoried tree across your client base, filtered by species, health, and client.

The Tree Inventory Report pulls every tree you have inventoried — across all clients and locations — into one filterable list. Where a client's location page shows that property's trees, this report answers portfolio-wide questions: every ash you monitor, every tree below a health threshold, every inventoried tree for one client.

It appears in the sidebar's Reports group and in the Report Catalog's Tree Inventory category when the Tree Inventory feature is enabled for your account.

Filter the report

  • Client — limit to one or more clients' trees.
  • Species — pick from the species recorded in your inventory.
  • Health threshold — a slider that keeps only trees at or below a health percentage (shown as a "Health ≤ %" chip). Set it to 50% to build a list of declining trees worth a proactive proposal.

What each row shows

Use the Columns picker to choose from the client's name, Species (and Scientific Name), DBH (trunk diameter in inches), Health Score, Notes, the tree's Specific Location on the property, the service address (street, city, state, postal code), and the client's email and phone. With address and contact columns turned on, the report doubles as a call list.

Click Export CSV to take the list into a spreadsheet or a mail-merge.

Put the list to work

A filtered tree list is a prospecting tool: low-health trees of a susceptible species are tomorrow's removals and treatments. Follow up from the client's page, where the same trees appear on the location's inventory and map.

Note: Like the rest of the Reports area, this report requires report-viewing permission. Tree health and measurement data comes from what your team records in the inventory — see Add and manage trees.
