Dashboards

Build a personal dashboard of live charts on your account home page.

Your account home page is your dashboard. It opens with a setup checklist (while there is still setup to do), a link to My Day, and a grid of chart widgets you can add, remove, resize, and rearrange. Each person's dashboard layout is their own — moving a widget changes what you see, not what your teammates see.

New users start with three widgets already placed: Revenue Over Time, Proposal Conversion, and Labor Progress. From there, shape the dashboard however you like.

Add a widget

  1. On the account home page, click Add Widget.
  2. In the Add a widget dialog, select the widget or widgets you want.
  3. Click Add selected.

Available widgets

  • Revenue Over Time — monthly revenue for a year, stacked by operation. Use it to watch billing trends and seasonality.
  • Sales Over Time — monthly sales by the date the work was created. Good for spotting when demand peaks.
  • Sales Leaderboard — your top ten sales reps ranked by won revenue.
  • Proposal Conversion — proposals created vs. accepted per rep, with a Conversion % column.
  • Labor Progress — actual hours vs. estimated hours for the current week, so you can catch jobs running long while the week is still in progress.
  • Margin per Man-Hour — daily margin divided by hours worked, a quick efficiency read on your crews.
  • Revenue per Man-Hour — daily revenue divided by hours worked.

Most widgets carry their own small filters — a Year picker, a From/To date range, or an Operations selector, depending on the widget — so two people can point the same widget at different slices of the business.

Arrange and manage widgets

Each widget has a small set of controls in its header:

  • Drag handle — click and hold to move the widget to a new spot in the grid.
  • Resize handle — drag the widget's corner to make it larger or smaller. Each widget has a minimum and maximum size.
  • Refresh — reload the widget's data on demand.
  • Cogwheel — rename the widget (useful when you keep two copies with different filters).
  • Trash — remove the widget from your dashboard. A confirmation asks before deleting.

If you remove everything, the dashboard shows an empty state — click Add Widget to start again.

Note: The widget grid is permission-gated. Roles without dashboard access (for example crew-focused roles) see the home page without the chart widgets. See Roles and permissions.

When you need more detail

Widgets answer at-a-glance questions. When you need to drill into the underlying numbers — which invoices made up that revenue, which proposals a rep lost — open the matching report from the Reports area instead.
