Proposal Groups
Bundle several jobs into one proposal the client signs once — ideal for full-service programs.
A proposal group bundles multiple jobs — say a mowing contract, a spring cleanup, and an optional aeration — into a single customer-facing proposal. The client reviews everything together and signs once, and that one signature activates every job in the group. Find your groups under Proposal Groups in the sidebar.
Create a group
There are two starting points:
- From a job form — while creating a job, click Save & Create Proposal Group. The job is saved and becomes the group's first member.
- From a template — on the Proposal Groups page, click Use Template, pick a group template, choose the Client and Visit location, optionally name the group, and click Create group. Every job template in the group template is stamped out at once. See Templates.
The group hub
Opening a group shows its hub. The header carries the Client, the Billing schedule (if the group's jobs bill on a Combined Billing Schedule), the Sales rep, and the Grand total across member jobs. Click the pencil next to the name to rename the group.
Jobs in this group
The Jobs in this group panel lists each member job with its total. From here you can:
- Click Add Job to add another member — start from a Blank job or pick a job template. The form opens with the client locked to the group's client.
- Click Edit on a member to adjust its estimate.
- Remove a job from the group. The job isn't deleted — it's kept as a standalone job.
Customer proposal
The Customer proposal panel is where you send the group for acceptance. Sending mints a Customer acceptance link and emails the client one combined proposal; a single signature activates every job in the group. The panel shows the link (with Copy link), when the link expires, a Sent or Viewed status, and Preview PDF / Preview customer proposal so you can check what the client will see. Use Re-send proposal to issue a fresh link.
Once accepted, the panel shows Accepted, who signed, and the contracted total.
Contacts and activity
Assign Contacts on the group to control who it concerns, and watch the Activity feed for a full history — created, renamed, jobs added or removed, sent, viewed, accepted, rejected, archived.
Group statuses
A group moves through Draft → Proposal → Accepted, or ends at Rejected or Archived. The Proposal Groups list shows each group's stage, and a filter switches between Active and Archived groups.
- Reject proposal marks the group and every job in it as rejected, with a reason. This cannot be undone.
- Archive group hides the group from the active list; its jobs are not deleted and remain standalone jobs.
Renew groups
For recurring programs, select groups on the list and use the Renew bulk action. Eligible member jobs are duplicated for the new term and bundled into a fresh draft group per renewed group; ineligible jobs are skipped and reported.
