My Day for Crews

Read your stop list, prepare for each visit, and complete work from the field.

My Day shows everything assigned to you for one day: crew visits, on-site estimate tasks, the items you'll need, and a map of your stops. It's designed to be the only page a crew member needs open in the field.

Open My Day

  • Click My Day (the sun icon) near the top of the sidebar.
  • Or click the sun icon in the top bar — it's available from anywhere in the app and jumps straight to your day.

Use the ◀ ▶ arrows in the page header to move between days. The page always opens on today, using your company's time zone.

Read your stop list

Stops are listed as cards. A house icon marks a crew visit; a clipboard icon marks a task, such as a sales estimate. An estimate scheduled at the client's property carries an On Site Estimate badge.

Each card shows the client's name, the job reference, the service address, and the scheduled time. Tap the address to open it in Google Maps. Depending on your company's settings, cards may also show expected labor — either Total Expected Man-Hours, or Expected Time for Your Crew once your crew has clocked in — and may hide the scheduled clock times.

If nothing appears, the page shows Nothing scheduled with quick checks: confirm the date, confirm which user's day you're viewing, and verify you're assigned to the visit — ask your admin or dispatcher if a job you expect is missing.

Per-stop actions

Every stop card has an action row:

  • Message — email or text the client about this visit (visits only; texting appears when your company has SMS enabled).
  • Complete — mark the visit complete right on My Day (see below).
  • More info — open the visit or task on the Calendar to see its full detail, including any custom inputs on the visit.
  • View notes — a quick popover with the stop's Crew notes, Office notes, and Client notes.
  • Work Order PDF — download the visit's work order (visits only).
  • More — extra actions, including Get directions.

On a sales estimate task, a Convert to Proposal button starts drafting a proposal from the stop.

Complete a visit

Click Complete on a visit's card. If your company has one-click Complete-and-Approve turned on and your role can complete visits, the Mark Complete dialog opens right on My Day. Depending on your permissions and settings it can include:

  1. A weather capture step.
  2. A step to verify billable quantities and record actual quantities before the visit is billed.
  3. A checkbox to notify the next stop's client that your crew is on the way (when that automation is active).

Confirm to mark the visit complete. If it was the job's last open visit, the job moves forward automatically.

If one-click completion is off for your account, the Complete button directs you to mark the visit complete from the Calendar instead. Tasks are also completed from the Calendar — use More info to get there.

Items and map

The right-hand panel (or the Today's items + map button on smaller screens) shows:

  • Items needed today — every item across your day's stops with total quantities, plus By category and By subcategory rollups, so you can load the truck once.
  • Map — pins for the day's stops, with an Open directions in Google Maps link. Very long days show a banner when only the first stops fit on the map.

On your phone

On mobile, a sticky bar at the bottom of the page keeps the essentials in reach: the Clock In/Clock Out button, a progress chip like 3 of 5 done, your clocked-in elapsed time, and a Next stop button that scrolls to your next open stop.
