AI Home
The page office roles land on: a headline, three rule-backed cards, Needs you, and a conversation rail that follows you when you leave.
AI Home is where office roles land after sign-in (crew lands on My Day; an explicit preference in Settings → Profile wins). It puts the assistant's composer on its own page, with a rail of your conversations beside it.
What AI Home shows
Above the composer is one headline — needs your attention, all clear, or still setting up — and up to three cards for what is worth a look right now: unscheduled accepted work, proposals gone quiet, approved jobs with no invoice yet. Below the composer is Needs you, the same items the assistant would flag on its own. None of this involves a model call; it is computed straight from your data. If the data could not load, the page says so rather than showing a false all-clear.
Where a conversation goes
Start a thread on AI Home and it stays open until you leave the page. Navigate away with an active conversation and it follows you into the assistant dock, on the same thread, so you can keep talking while working a job or an invoice. Come back and the dock hands the thread back, scrolled to where you left it.
Mid-conversation, pick Overview at the top of the rail to see the headline, cards and Needs you again without leaving the thread; "Back to conversation" returns you to it with your draft intact.
The rail searches conversation titles as you type, and "Show older" at the bottom of the list loads earlier conversations. Opening any of them, found either way, brings back its full history.
Scheduled checks
Any Needs-you item can be repeated: pick "Repeat this check", choose weekdays, every day, or one day a week, and a time (times are in your account's time zone). Once a check is scheduled, the same link on its Needs-you item reads "Repeats …" and opens the schedule for editing.
Each check has a row in the rail's Scheduled section: whether its last run is fresh, stale, failed, paused, or not run yet; when it runs next; when it last ran and what it found; and a live line with today's count and an Open link to the list. From the row you can edit the schedule, pause or resume it, or delete it (BranchSite asks first, because the run history goes with it). Scheduled checks are rules only — nothing is sent automatically in this release, and no message goes out on your behalf.
Preferences
"Open BranchSite on" (Settings → Profile) chooses AI Home, My Day, or the dashboard as your sign-in page. "Reduce transparency" turns off the translucent surfaces when your system appearance, or your own preference, calls for solid backgrounds.
